Granola Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Tbs. canola oil
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. honey
1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. organic raisins
1 Tbs. orange zest
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1 Tbs. cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl put the oil, sesame seeds, honey, raisins, vanilla, oats, almonds, orange zest and coconut.  Stir well until all is coated.  Put on a greased jelly roll pan, spread out
evenly.  Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and bake for 20 minutes, stirring a couple times
until browned.  Remove from oven and let cool.  Store in a tightly sealed container.

May be frozen in a large zip-lock bag until ready to eat.  Add fresh berries & raisins before serving.
